Terms of Service

Last updated

Version of 30 September 2026. Also read our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

1.1. Corevia Flow Cloud (the "Service", cloud.coreviaflow.space) is operated by KORVIIA FLOU LLC (ТОВ «КОРВІЯ ФЛОУ»), a company registered in Ukraine, EDRPOU code 46116432, registered address: 13 Khmelnytske Highway, Vinnytsia, 21036, Ukraine ("we", "us").

1.2. These Terms apply to everyone who creates an account, orders a server or add-on, or connects an AI assistant to manage servers on their behalf (together, "you"). We sell to both consumers and businesses.

1.3. Contact: support@coreviaflow.space (support and legal notices), abuse@coreviaflow.space (abuse reports).

1.4. How the contract is made. Our website and catalogue are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. When you place an order, you make an offer to us. The contract is concluded when we send you the email with your server's access details (or when we otherwise start the service). We may decline an order, for example for the reasons in sections 3 and 9.

1.5. Only these Terms apply. Your own terms and conditions do not apply, even if we do not object to them.

1.6. These Terms are published in English and may also be offered in other languages, including Ukrainian. If you are a business and the versions differ, the English version prevails. If you are a consumer, you may rely on the version in the language in which you concluded the contract.

2. What we sell

2.1. We sell virtual private servers ("VPS") and related add-ons (for example, additional IP addresses, backups, snapshots, control-panel licences) as listed in our catalogue at the time of your order. We sell computing resources. We do not sell internet access.

2.2. Infrastructure. The servers run on hardware operated by our infrastructure providers in the data-centre region you choose at order. We may use subcontractors and infrastructure providers of our choice. We may change the hardware and software used to provide the Service, or move your server to another data centre within the same region, only for technical, security or legal reasons, at no extra cost to you, and only where this does not reduce the service you ordered. We will tell you in advance, clearly and in good time. If a move requires your cooperation, you agree to provide it. If a change negatively affects your use of the Service more than to a minor extent, you may terminate the affected service free of charge within 30 days of our notice or of the change, whichever is later, and we will refund the unused part of any prepaid term on a pro-rata daily basis.

2.3. Self-managed service. Your server is self-managed. You alone administer it: you install, configure, secure, update and back up the software and data on it. We are not responsible for configuring applications inside your server. Backups are only included if you order the backup add-on; otherwise you must back up your data yourself, regularly.

2.4. Delivery times. Each add-on shows its delivery time before you pay: "immediately" or "within 24 hours" (manual add-ons). A server is created automatically after payment is confirmed. If the server cannot be created, section 3 of the Refund Policy applies.

2.5. Changing plan. A plan upgrade is a move to a new server and involves downtime. We tell you the expected downtime before you confirm. It is not instant.

2.6. Access credentials are shown to you once. Password login is disabled by default; you log in with an SSH key. We do not keep your server passwords. Keep your credentials safe: anyone who has them can control your server.

2.7. We do not promise any feature that is not live in the Service at the time of your order.

2.8. IP addresses. IP addresses are assigned to you for the duration of the contract and remain ours or our providers'. We may change an IP address of your server only for technical, security or legal reasons. We will tell you in advance, unless urgent reasons prevent it. The last sentence of section 2.2 applies to such a change.

2.9. Free extras. Anything we provide free of charge beyond the service you ordered may be changed, withdrawn or made chargeable after reasonable notice to you. We will not charge you for it unless you agree.

2.10. Software and licences. You get a non-exclusive right to use the Service for the term of the contract. Software supplied with the Service (for example, operating system images) is subject to its own licence terms, including open-source licences, which you must follow.

3. Your account

3.1. You must give accurate and complete information: your name, address, email, phone number, country, and whether you buy as a consumer or as a business. Businesses must also give their company name, tax (VAT) number and a contact person.

3.2. One account has one owner. There are no team roles in the current version. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by people to whom you give server access.

3.3. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

3.4. You must keep your details up to date. If we ask, you must confirm your details within 7 days.

3.5. If we have reason to doubt your identity or your details, we may ask you for proof (for example, an identity document or company registration) and may pause your order or Service until you provide it.

4. AI assistants (MCP access)

4.1. You may connect a third-party AI assistant to manage your servers through our MCP interface. The assistant acts only within the access you grant it and can do the same things you can do in the dashboard — no more.

4.2. Any action that costs money or can delete data (for example, an order, a plan change or an OS reinstall) is not carried out until you confirm it yourself on our confirmation page, while logged in. An AI assistant never enters card details and never confirms on your behalf.

4.3. Every action taken through a connected assistant is recorded in the action log visible in your dashboard. You can disconnect any assistant at any time.

4.4. The assistant is your tool, not ours. You are responsible for which assistant you connect and for the actions you confirm.

5. Prices, payment and taxes

5.1. Seller and payment processing. The seller of the Service is KORVIIA FLOU LLC (section 1.1); the contract and the payment are with us. Card payments (Visa, Mastercard) are processed by the payment service hutko in partnership with JSC "First Ukrainian International Bank" (PUMB), which accepts the payment on our behalf; the card details are entered on the secure payment page of hutko, and we never receive or store your full card details. Online payment is being connected: until it is available, placing an order only records it, no money is charged, and we contact you by email.

5.2. Currency and taxes. On our website, prices are displayed in euros (EUR), and each price is shown together with a fixed amount in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). The price under your contract is the UAH amount stated in your order at checkout; this is the amount charged to your card. The amount in euros is its equivalent and is shown for your convenience. We set the UAH amounts ourselves: they are not recalculated at the daily exchange rate and change only as set out in section 6.3. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the UAH amount at its own rate and may charge its own fee, so the amount debited from your account may differ from the euro amount shown. VAT is not charged: the seller is not registered as a VAT payer. The UAH amount shown at checkout is the full price you pay to us; we add no other fees or charges.

5.3. Billing terms. All charges are paid in advance at the start of each billing period. You can pay for a server monthly, or for 12 or 24 months in advance. Longer terms carry a discount, shown on the pricing page and at checkout, and are paid upfront for the whole term.

5.4. Add-ons are always billed monthly, whatever billing term you choose for the server. Term discounts do not apply to add-ons.

5.5. Promotions. An introductory discount, if offered, applies only as stated with the offer (currently: first month only, monthly billing only, new customers only, not combined with term discounts).

5.6. Receipts. After each payment you receive a receipt by email; on request we also issue an invoice or an act of services rendered for businesses. Receipts remain available after you cancel.

5.7. Extra work. Work you ask for that is not part of the service you ordered (for example, manual help inside your server) is charged separately at the price we tell you before we start. We do it only with your consent.

5.8. Refunds are paid only to the payment method used for the original payment, and are not made where the law forbids it (for example, under sanctions). The Refund Policy sets out when a refund is due.

5.9. Recurring payments. For a subscription, you agree at checkout to your card being charged automatically for each renewal, in the amount and at the frequency shown in your order. We remind you before each charge (section 6.2), and you can cancel at any time (section 6.4). The Payment and refunds page sums up these rules. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

6. Renewal, price changes and cancellation

6.1. Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each term, and your saved payment method is charged.

  • If you are a consumer: after your first term (1, 12 or 24 months), the subscription renews on a monthly basis at the monthly price in effect on the renewal date, unless you choose a new 12- or 24-month term yourself. You can cancel a renewed subscription at any time, with effect from the end of the current month.
  • If you are a business: the subscription renews for the same term (monthly, 12 or 24 months) at the price in effect on the renewal date.

6.2. Reminders. We email you before each renewal: for 12- and 24-month terms at least 30 days in advance, and for all terms 5 days and 1 day before the charge.

6.3. Price changes. The price of your subscription is the UAH amount stated in your order (section 5.2). We may change our prices only to reflect changes in our costs for infrastructure, energy, licences or network capacity, changes in the exchange rate of the hryvnia against the euro or other currencies in which we pay for infrastructure, or changes in taxes and charges we are required to pay. A change in the UAH amount is a price change under this section even if the price displayed in euros stays the same. A price change never applies to a term you have already paid for; it applies only from your next renewal date. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies, and in any case before the cancellation deadline in section 6.4, stating the new price and the date it applies from. If you do not accept the change, you may cancel the renewal without any charge before that date. A price reduction may apply from your next renewal without prior notice. If a change must exceptionally apply during a paid term (for example, because of a change in mandatory taxes), you may terminate the affected service before the change takes effect, and we will refund the unused part of your prepaid term on a pro-rata daily basis. Your statutory rights are not affected.

6.4. Cancellation. You can cancel in your dashboard or by email to support@coreviaflow.space. If you are a consumer, you can cancel at any time up to the renewal date, and the cancellation stops the next renewal. If you are a business, you must cancel at least 28 days before the renewal date; a later cancellation takes effect at the end of the following term. Your server keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for. After that date, the server's data and snapshots are kept for 14 days and then permanently deleted (section 13.3). Snapshots cannot be downloaded, so save your data before deletion. Until the end of the paid period you can undo the cancellation. Cancelling a renewal is different from withdrawing from the contract under section 4 of the Refund Policy.

6.5. Refunds for the unused part of a paid term are covered by the Refund Policy and by sections 2.2, 6.3, 10.4 and 15.2 of these Terms. In short: apart from the cases listed there (including the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers), we do not refund the remaining months of a prepaid term.

7. Failed payments

7.1. If a renewal payment fails, the following happens, counted in days from the first failed payment:

  • Day 0: we email you that the payment failed.
  • Days 1 and 3: the payment is retried.
  • Day 5: your server is suspended (powered off). Your data is kept.
  • Day 8: we warn you by email that the contract will end.
  • Day 10: the contract ends for non-payment. The server's data and snapshots are kept for 14 days (section 13.3) and then permanently deleted.

7.2. If you pay at any point before deletion, your server is restored. If you ask before day 10, we may extend the period before the contract ends by up to 7 days; this is at our discretion.

7.3. If a payment arrives after your server has been deleted, we refund it.

8. Acceptable use

8.1. You must not use the Service, or allow anyone else to use your server, to:

  • send spam, unsolicited bulk email or other mass messaging;
  • run IRC servers (IRCd);
  • mine cryptocurrency or run similar resource-exhaustion workloads;
  • run programs that disrupt our servers or network, or that cause excessive wear on hardware or excessive use of bandwidth;
  • attack, scan or brute-force other systems, including password guessing and denial-of-service;
  • host or distribute phishing pages, malware, or botnet command-and-control (C2) infrastructure;
  • store or distribute child sexual abuse material;
  • infringe the intellectual-property or other rights of others;
  • do anything that is illegal in your country, in Ukraine, or in the country where the server is located;
  • evade sanctions (see section 9).

8.2. Sign-up checks. To limit abuse, orders from new accounts may be reviewed by a person before servers are created (for example, more than 2 servers within the first 24 hours).

8.3. Resource limits. To protect the network and other customers, we may set limits and thresholds for the use of CPU, network, disk and other resources, and enforce them technically. If we reasonably suspect a breach of this section, you must show us that there is none.

8.4. Anonymising services. Running a TOR node or a similar anonymising service is at your own risk. If it is used for unlawful purposes, we may block it immediately.

9. Sanctions and restricted countries

9.1. We comply with the sanctions laws of Ukraine, the European Union and the United Nations. As a matter of our own policy, we also apply the sanctions programmes of the United States (OFAC) and the United Kingdom. We do not sell to, and you must not act for:

  • persons located, resident or organised in Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Syria, Sudan, the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine (including Crimea and the occupied areas of the Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions), or any other country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions;
  • any person on a sanctions list of the above authorities; or
  • any entity owned 50% or more, or controlled, directly or indirectly, by such persons.

We may update this list; if a change affects you, we will tell you.

9.2. You must not use the Service in, or resell, make it available or provide it to or for the benefit of, persons in these countries and territories or persons described in section 9.1. You confirm that you are not such a person. A breach entitles us to suspend the Service and terminate the contract immediately.

9.3. Orders from the countries and territories listed in section 9.1 are refused automatically, based on the country you give. We may also check customers against sanctions lists when they order and during the contract. We may refuse or cancel an order, or suspend a server, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that sanctions or these Terms are being circumvented. Where the law forbids a payment or refund, we will not make it.

10. Abuse reports, suspension and termination

10.1. Reports. Anyone can report abuse or illegal content to abuse@coreviaflow.space (see also section 10.8). When we receive a report about your server, we forward it to you and set a deadline to respond or remove the content, shown in your dashboard; the deadline depends on the severity of the report and may be very short. If you do not respond in time, or the content is clearly unlawful, we may remove or block it. If a competent authority orders us to remove or disable content, we act within the time limit set by law, which may be one hour, and we may do so without first contacting you.

10.2. Immediate suspension. We may suspend a server immediately, without waiting for your response, if it is being used for outgoing attacks, mass mailing, phishing, malware or C2, or child sexual abuse material, or if the abuse is otherwise obvious. Child sexual abuse material is reported to the competent authorities, and the relevant data is preserved for them.

10.3. Reasons and appeal. When we restrict or suspend your Service, we tell you the reason, unless a competent authority forbids us to. You can appeal within 6 months by replying to our notice or writing to support@coreviaflow.space. A person, not an automated system, reviews appeals.

10.4. Termination. Deleting a server or closing an account because of a complaint is always decided by a person. Either party may terminate the contract immediately for good cause; for us this includes a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, a breach of section 9, or a payment default. If we terminate the contract because of your breach:

  • if you are a consumer, we refund the unused part of your prepaid term on a pro-rata daily basis, less the costs and damage that your breach has actually caused us and that we can show (for example, the cost of handling abuse reports or charges imposed on us by our infrastructure providers);
  • if you are a business, no refund is due for the remaining period.

10.5. Chargebacks. While a payment for a server is reversed or withheld because of a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend that server. We will not delete your data during the dispute. If the dispute is resolved in your favour, we restore the server without charge. If it is resolved in our favour, you must pay the amount due and, if you are a business, the actual and reasonable costs the dispute caused us, for example fees charged to us by the payment provider. See also section 10 of the Refund Policy.

10.6. Fees during a suspension. If we suspend your Service for a reason you are responsible for, your fees continue to be due during the suspension. We will lift the suspension once the reason has been removed. If the reason is not removed within 14 days of our notice, either party may terminate the contract under section 10.4, and section 10.4 applies to any refund.

10.7. Points of contact. Our single point of contact for authorities of the EU Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Article 11 of the EU Digital Services Act), and for recipients of the Service (Article 12 of the Digital Services Act), is support@coreviaflow.space. You can contact us in English or Ukrainian.

10.8. Notices of illegal content. Anyone can notify us of content on our servers that they consider illegal by email to abuse@coreviaflow.space. We confirm receipt without undue delay and process notices in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective manner. We inform the notifier of our decision and of the possibilities for redress.

10.9. Redress. If we restrict your Service, we give you a clear statement of reasons, unless a competent authority forbids us to. You may appeal to us under section 10.3, and you may also bring the matter before a competent court. We will tell the competent authorities about any information giving rise to a suspicion that a criminal offence involving a threat to the life or safety of a person has taken place, is taking place or is likely to take place.

11. Availability and maintenance

11.1. We do not promise uninterrupted service. The Service depends on infrastructure providers, networks and data centres that we do not control.

11.2. Availability. We aim for network availability of 99.9% on average over a year. This does not include downtime caused by planned maintenance, by force majeure, by third parties we are not responsible for, or by you (for example, your software or configuration). If you are a business, downtime does not entitle you to a refund or a service credit. If you are a consumer and the Service does not conform to the contract, you have the remedies provided by law, including a proportionate price reduction.

11.3. Planned maintenance. We will notify you of planned maintenance that affects your server in good time in advance.

11.4. Bandwidth. Bandwidth is shared and is not guaranteed.

11.5. Suitability. We do not guarantee that the Service is suitable for any particular software or purpose. Check this before you rely on it.

12. Support

12.1. Support is available through the AI assistant in your dashboard at any time, and from a person by email at support@coreviaflow.space. We do not offer 24/7 human support and do not commit to a fixed response or resolution time.

12.2. Support covers the Service you ordered. We do not provide support to your own customers or users; you support them yourself.

12.3. Help beyond the Service you ordered is extra work under section 5.7.

13. Your data

13.1. You own the data on your server. We do not access the contents of your server except to act on your instructions, to respond to an abuse report or a legal order, or where required to keep the Service running.

13.2. For the contents of your server we act as a processor on your behalf and process them only on your instructions as set out in these Terms. If you are a business and your server contains personal data, we conclude a Data Processing Agreement with you on request to support@coreviaflow.space. For your account and payment data we act as a controller; see our Privacy Policy.

13.3. When your Service ends for any reason, we keep your server's data for 14 days so that you can retrieve it, unless we must delete it earlier by law or because of illegal content. After that period, the server, its data and its snapshots are permanently deleted, and deleted data cannot be recovered. We will remind you by email before deletion.

13.4. Data you store unencrypted on your server can technically be accessed by us and our infrastructure providers. Encrypt data that needs this protection.

13.5. Sub-processors. We do not publish the names of our infrastructure providers on this website. Business customers receive the list of our sub-processors, with their names and locations, under the Data Processing Agreement, and we notify them of any intended change to that list in advance, as set out in that Agreement. Any person can also ask us which recipients received their personal data (see our Privacy Policy, section 4).

14. Liability

14.1. You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for data loss that a backup would have prevented.

14.2. We are fully liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for death or personal injury, and in any other case where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.

14.3. If you are a consumer, we are liable in accordance with the applicable law, and nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights.

14.4. If you are a business, and except as set out in section 14.2:

  • we are liable only for actual loss (Article 22(2)(1) of the Civil Code of Ukraine) and not for loss of profit (Article 22(2)(2)), including loss of revenue, business opportunities or goodwill; and
  • our total liability arising from or in connection with the contract in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

14.5. Force majeure. Neither party is liable for failure caused by events outside its reasonable control (for example, war, natural disasters, strikes, power or network outages at third parties, or orders of authorities). Obligations are suspended while the event lasts. If it lasts longer than 3 months, either party may terminate the contract.

14.6. Your responsibility to us. If a third party makes a claim against us because of your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or the law, you must cover our reasonable costs of that claim, including legal costs, unless you are not at fault.

15. Changes to these Terms

15.1. We may change these Terms only for a valid reason, namely: changes in the law or in court or regulatory decisions; changes to the technical environment or to our infrastructure providers' conditions that we cannot avoid; new features or services; or to close gaps or clarify wording, provided the change does not put you at a significant disadvantage. This section does not allow us to change the price (see section 6.3) or to reduce the main features of the service you ordered.

15.2. We will email you the changes, clearly marked, at least 6 weeks before they take effect, and tell you about your right to object and what happens if you do not object. If you do not object (email is enough) before the changes take effect, they apply from that date. If you object, you may terminate the affected service with effect from the date the changes take effect, and we will refund the unused part of any prepaid term on a pro-rata daily basis. Where you object, we may instead continue the contract on the previous Terms until the end of your current term.

15.3. If you are a consumer, changes that are to your disadvantage apply to a term you have already paid for only if you agree to them; otherwise they apply from your next renewal.

16. Governing law and disputes

16.1. These Terms and every contract made under them are governed by the law of Ukraine, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you have your habitual residence.

16.2. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings against us either in the courts of the country where you are domiciled or in the courts of Ukraine. We may bring proceedings against you only in the courts of the country where you are domiciled.

16.3. Business customers. If you are a business: (a) before starting proceedings, each party shall notify the other in writing and try in good faith to resolve the dispute within 30 days; (b) you may bring proceedings against us only in the courts of Ukraine; (c) we may bring proceedings against you in the courts of Ukraine or in the courts of the country where you have your registered office or assets.

16.4. Notices. We may send all notices and statements under the contract electronically, by email or in your dashboard.

16.5. Set-off. If you are a business, you may set off only claims that we have accepted or that have been confirmed by a final court decision. This restriction does not apply to consumers.

16.6. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the rest remain in force.

16.7. No arbitration for consumers. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to use arbitration or any out-of-court procedure.
