Payment and refunds

Version of 30 September 2026. This page sums up the payment rules. The binding text is in our Terms of Service, sections 5–7, and the Refund Policy.

1. How to pay

You pay by bank card — Visa or Mastercard — on the secure payment page of the payment service hutko, which works in partnership with PUMB bank (JSC "First Ukrainian International Bank") and accepts the payment on behalf of the seller, KORVIIA FLOU LLC. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment (3-D Secure). We never see or store your full card number.

Online payment is being connected. Until it is available, placing an order only records it: no money is charged, and we contact you by email.

2. Prices, currency and VAT

  • Prices are shown in euros (EUR) together with a fixed amount in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). The UAH amount shown at checkout is the price you agree to and the amount charged to your card; the euro amount is its equivalent.
  • If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the UAH amount at its own rate and may add its own fee, so the amount in your currency may differ from the euro amount shown.
  • VAT is not charged: the seller is not a VAT payer. The amount shown at checkout is the full amount you pay.

3. What you pay for

  • A server is paid in advance for 1, 12 or 24 months. Longer terms are cheaper per month and are paid upfront for the whole term.
  • Add-ons are paid monthly.
  • Before you pay, your order page shows the exact amount, the term and what is included.

4. Subscription and automatic renewal

  • A server is a subscription. At checkout you tick a box to agree that your card is charged automatically for each renewal, in the amount and at the frequency shown in your order. Without this consent the order cannot be paid.
  • Reminders: we email you before each charge — for 12- and 24-month terms at least 30 days in advance, and for all terms 5 days and 1 day before the charge.
  • Cancel at any time in your cabinet or by email to support@coreviaflow.space. Cancelling stops the next charge; your server keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds go back only to the card you paid with, in UAH, through hutko, in the UAH amount charged (or the part of it that is due). We do not charge a fee for a refund. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the refund at its own rate on the day of the refund, which may differ from the rate on the day you paid, and may charge its own fee; we do not cover such differences. How long the money takes to arrive depends on your bank.
  • We could not create your server: you get the full amount back automatically.
  • 14-day right of withdrawal: if you are a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days. If you asked us to start at once, we keep only the part for the days you used.

6. Who we do not serve

We do not provide services to residents of the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus, or to anyone subject to sanctions (Terms of Service, section 9).
