Service delivery

Version of 28 September 2026. This page explains how the service is delivered. The binding text is in our Terms of Service.
1. What you receive
A virtual private server (VPS) with the resources of the plan you chose, root SSH access and a public IPv4 address, plus any add-ons you ordered. The service is provided electronically over the internet. There is no physical delivery and no shipping cost.
2. When and how
- You place an order, tick the consent box and pay.
- After the payment is confirmed, the server is created automatically. This usually takes a few minutes.
- We email you that the server is ready. Its address and login are shown in your cabinet; the root password is shown once through a secure link.
If we cannot create your server after 3 attempts, we refund the full amount automatically (Refund Policy, section 3).
3. Service period
The service is provided from the moment your server is ready until the end of the period you have paid for, and then for each renewal (Payment and refunds, section 4). The service is considered delivered when the server is ready and you can log in.
4. Where we provide the service
Online, to customers worldwide, except residents of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus and anyone subject to sanctions (Terms of Service, section 9).
